What you'll need:
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 lemons, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon True Salt Flake Salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, True Salt Flake Salt, and black pepper.
Thread the peeled and deveined shrimp onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating with lemon slices.
Brush the shrimp skewers with the olive oil mixture.
Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and slightly charred.
Remove the shrimp skewers from the grill and serve immediately, garnished with additional lemon wedges and True Salt Flake Salt, if desired.
