Granola is a classic breakfast, yogurt topping, and snack, but this recipe is one of the best out there. It takes a classic granola recipe and adds a punch of flavor without adding any extra calories. Enjoy the salty twist!
Mix in large bowl:
4 ½ cup oats
1 cup coconut
½ cup chopped pecans
½ cup chopped almonds
2 tsp. True Salt Kosher
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup brown sugar
In a separate bowl, mix together:
½ cup melted coconut oil
½ cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix liquid ingredients into dry ingredients
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees
Lay mixture evenly on parchment paper on a large baking sheet
Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from oven and stir granola on pan
Bake for another 10 min or until golden brown
Let sit to cool and enjoy!
